Who Is L’ville Custom Homes?
Lawrenceville is home to an emerging live, work and play downtown area. New shops, restaurants and community events are thriving and attracting families, empty nesters and single individuals looking for a walkable, exciting place to call home.
History
L’ville Custom Homes is the brainchild of three partners with shared history in the residential construction industry.
After speaking to members of the Lawrenceville DDA at a Greater Atlanta Home Builder’s Association meeting, Rob Myers saw the need for upscale custom homes walkable to the growing Lawrenceville downtown area.
He assembled a team of experienced partners to realize this vision: Les Patch, Lee Myers and Marty Marchman each bring their unique talents, skills and knowledge to L’ville Custom Homes.

Rob Myers
Consultant
Rob has been a home builder in Gwinnett County for over 35 years. He lends his vast experience and expertise to L’ville Custom Homes as a consultant including all areas of the building arena.
Rob is an active member of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association, where he served as President and was awarded Builder of the Year. He now serves on the Board of Directors.
Rob has become involved with the City of Lawrenceville, as he attends meetings and offers advice regarding residential building as the City expands and grows.
Les Patch
Builder
Les is a custom home builder with 38 years of experience in the construction industry. His specialty is focusing on customer’s needs and wants, bringing their dreams to life when building a home.
He is originally from Vermont and relocated to Georgia in 1992 to pursue a career in construction. He and his wife have a small horse ranch.
Lee Myers
General Manager
Lee grew up around home building and has worked in the industry since he was in high school. He graduated from Georgia Tech with a Masters degree in Construction Management.
Lee lives in Roswell with his wife and two sons.
Marty Marchman
Home Plan Designer
Marty has been involved in the home building business for over 50 years.
He meets with customers and uses his proficiency to design the home they envision.
